  Working principle of Automatic Film Width Control Device

    When the bubble diameter is different from the set value, the inflating part will automatically fill the membrane bubble. It is :The intelligent detector continuously collects the bubble diameter data in the actual production process and compares it with the set value. When it’s smaller than the set value, the detector will transmit the signal to the system to fill the air into the bubble, when it’s up to the set value,air-filled will stop automatically. It’s different from the IBC internal cooling control system which has automatic ventilation device. Simple operation and practical.
